On Tuesday, 26 April, I published a post entitled "The Civil Governor and Board of Health supervised the management of the asylum of San Baudilio de Llobregat for smooth operation (year 1902). " (See http://jovencam.blogspot.com/2011/04/el-gobernador-civil-y-la-junta-de.html ). a result of those actions were institutional awareness on the one hand, while imposing a financial penalty on the other, as shown by a loose published in "La Vanguardia".
"Physicians Galcerán Mr. Rodriguez Mendez and carefully study the conditions that meet the Asylum of Saint Baudilio de Llobregat, to rule on the improvements that it is susceptible" (1)
And on the same page , below:
"The Civil Governor has imposed a fine of 500 pesetas to the administrator of the Asylum of Saint Baudilio de Llobregat for failing to set the reforms ordered by the Board of Health, within the period fixed by the " (2)
